You learnt that design for the Internet is a critical issue which requires a sound understanding of this new medium.
Of particular importance for the design of your website is the way users navigate around it, and how they reach other sites.
The role of graphic and multimedia elements on your site was discussed. While they can improve the attractiveness and functionality of a site, they may also make it slow to load.
You learnt about copyright issues and disclaimers.
Finally you learnt how to test your site, how to evaluate its use, and some principles related to updating it.
