  • Music Council of Australia (MCA)
    • The MCA is a 50-member national peak music organisation for Australia. The purpose of the MCA is the advancement of Australian musical life in all its aspects: online, print, research, policies, musicians and organisations.
  • Australian Music Online (AMO)
    • The AMO is a web-based initiative that aims to develop the marketing and promotion of new Australian contemporary music, across a diverse range of genres, both nationally and internationally.
  • Ausmusic
    • Ausmusic is Australia's premier contemporary music education company with its own curriculum and resources and is one of the longest operating music education companies, operating since 1989.
  • Australian Institute of Music (AIM)
    • The Australian Institute of Music has been preparing young Australians for music careers since 1968. Since that time, it has evolved and developed into the major independent music-education provider in Australia.
  • Aussie Bands Music Page
    • This is a portal to other Australian music websites of various genres, including jazz, blues, pop, rock and classical.
  • National Networked Facility for Research in Australian Music (NFRAM)
    • NFRAM aims to increase awareness of existing materials, collections, other resources and research activities as they relate to Australian musical culture.
  • Australian Music Centre (AMC)
    • The AMC was established in 1974 to facilitate and encourage the creation, performance and understanding of music by Australian composers and sound artists.
  • Australasian Performing Right Association (APRA)
    • APRA is a not-for-profit organisation that collects royalties on behalf of its 44,000+ members.
  • Australian Recording Industry Association (ARIA)
    • ARIA acts as an advocate for the recording industry, both domestically and internationally. ARIA Also stages the highly prestigious annual ARIA Music Awards.
  • National Film and Sound Archive
    • The National Film and Sound Archive is Australia's audiovisual archive, collecting, preserving and sharing the nation's moving image and recorded sound heritage.
  • West Australian Music Industry Association
    • The West Australian Music Industry Association exists to develop the contemporary music industry in WA. WAM is a non-profit membership-based association and the peak representative body for contemporary music in WA.

    • Jazzgroove is an association that exists to support jazz artists. A key element to the Jazzgroove Association is Jazzgroove Records, a record label that aims to profile new Australian jazz and groove.
  • Australian Jazz Agency
    • The Australian Jazz Agency administers performers, bands and music programs for concerts, festivals and other events.

    • Whether you're a dedicated jazz fan, or just an occasional listener, listen to dig JAZZ for a diverse mix of classic and contemporary jazz performances and styles.
  • Jazz 100

  • Australian Jazz Archive
    • The Australian Jazz Archive, part of the National Film and Sound Archive, holds a substantial collection of Australian jazz material, including sound recordings, film and videos and oral histories.

    • The CMAA aims to promote all aspects of the Australian country music industry.
  • Country Music

  • Gum Tree Music
    • Gum Tree Music is an Australian owned and operated country music online store in Brisbane with over 6000 titles.

  • Fellowship of Australian Composers
    • The Fellowship of Australian Composers is the representative voice of serious composers throughout Australia. The Fellowship supports composers in such practical ways as copyright, commissioning fees, contracts, quotas of Australian music on the radio, lobbying and promotion of members works.
  • Opera Australia
    • Opera Australia presents around 250 performances each year, making it the third busiest opera company in the world. Visit this site for news, concert and ticketing information.
  • Opera Queensland
    • Opera Queensland is the second largest opera company in Australia. Each year the company presents at least three major operatic productions in Brisbane and numerous smaller productions in many other venues throughout Queensland.
  • Symphony Services Australia
    • Symphony Services supports orchestral music in Australia and manages a national Artist Development program, which commissions Australian music and fosters Australian talent.
  • Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB)
    • The AMEB exists to provide a graded system of examinations in music, speech and drama, by offering high quality syllabuses, educative services to our teachers, examiners and candidates, and quality publications to the highest editorial standard.
  • Musica Viva
